2024 Forum on Promoting Global Ecological Civilization Construction (Erhai Lake)

On October 19, 2024, the forum on promoting global ecological civilization construction (Erhai Lake) was held in Dali City, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. This forum includes a main forum, four parallel sub-forums and a number of supporting activities. Chinese and foreign guests at the forum offered suggestions for global ecological civilization construction around the theme of "working together to promote ecologically friendly modernization" and released the "Erhai Lake Initiative for Green, Low-Carbon and Sustainable Development of Global Enterprises". 

As a resource recycling company in China,  Resure has been focusing on recycling waste PET plastic bottles into recycled polyester yarn and fabric since 2004.

In addition, we adopt dope dyeing technology. By adding a certain proportion of color masterbatch in the melting process of PET bottle chip, we can directly color it, eliminate the process of dyeing with water, and save a lot of water and wastewater discharge, which is a step enough to subvert the traditional dyeing process.

So far, we have made the following achievements for the environment:

1. More than 650 billion PET bottles were recycled.
2. A decrease of more than 40 billion M ³ greenhouse emissions.
3. The exploitation of more than 1 million tons of oil has been reduced.
4. Saved 1.7 billion tons of water.

And these data are still increasing. Resure enables the next generation of sustainable polyester textiles through technological and process innovation. We hope that more countries, companies and individuals will pay attention to environmental issues and use renewable and sustainable products to protect our earth home together.
