Native luggage:

1.What is your sample policy?

We will charge $20-$50 sample fee based on different bags. Sample fee will return to you upon receipt of your order.
2.How long is your production date?

It takes 5-10 days for the samples making and 15-45 days for the bulk production.
3.What’s your MOQ?

Our MOQ ranges from 300 to 2000pcs based on the different products. If we have bags in stock, we can offer you MOQ from 50 to 300pcs.
4.Do you have other colors?

Yes we have developed thousands of color database in our system, with MOQ only 300 meters per color. If you have any specifically preferred color, pls check with our sales teams for the details.
5.Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes, we can. Due to our large volume, we have very competitive freight cost by express, sea and air.
6. What kinds of logo you could make?

We use various printing methods such as screen printing, heat transfer printing, offset printing, embroidery, rubber label, metal plate logo, woven label,etc If we have stock bags, we can also print directly on the bags in small quantities for you.
7. How can we know our order progress?

To make sure the cargo quality, our quality control team will follow and inspect during the whole production from raw material to cutting, logo making, sewing, semi-finished products, finished products, packing and loading. Meanwhile, we will keep you updates with details of each step.

Recycled luggage:

1.How can you ensure your quality and traceability of rpet materials?

We can guarantee the quality and traceability of our recycled materials, as all the eco-friendly products are manufactured using 100% recycled polyester from our own bottle-to-fabric mill in Fujian, China.
2.How can you prove your rpet fabrics?

We are GRS, Oeko-tex 100, ISO9001&14001 certified factory and we also passed Inditex audit. We can open Trade Certifications for you to prove the rpet materials source.
